We are seeking a proactive and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key clients and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor account performance and track KPIs to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or key account roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Experience in B2B sales, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
