This year, as in previous years, we support our customers with all the operational activities related to receiving their tobacco and non-tobacco samples to be presented to the trade fair in Dortmund.

Consolidation of Shipments
In order to support our customers with a more cost-effective and time-effective shipping process to Messe Dortmund, we offer the consolidation of shipments from our hubs in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. We receive all shipments at one place and process the documents much faster, allowing our customers to focus on their sales strategy rather than technical details.
Customs Clearance in Germany
We know it could be truly frustrating for any company to try to organize the customs clearance process in a country different from their own. We are here to help you out with this process too. Our agent will take care of all the formalities for you.
Delivery to Messe Dortmund right on time
InterTabac operates under tight logistics schedules with limited delivery time slots. We are aware of their ways and specifics and will take care of the delivery from our warehouse to Messe Dortmund just in time for your booth setup.
Tobacco products import registration, taxation, and labeling
Before your tobacco products can be displayed at the trade fair, they must fully comply with EU regulations.
This includes:
- EU-CEG registration to access the EU market
- Tax stamping and warning label application
- Track & Trace compliance

Cut-off Dates for Service Requests
To ensure timely and complete service, please take note of the following deadlines:
- For full service, including consolidation:
Your shipments must arrive at our hubs no later than July 31st. - For customs clearance and regulatory compliance only:
Your shipments must arrive at our German warehouse by August 15th.
